A crowd pleasing malt that is rich, bold, fruity, and packed with character. The 2nd edition of the 2000 vintage was bottled at 17 years of age, having spent most of its life in ex-Bourbon casks. This bold, sweet, tropical single malt was finished in ex-Sherry casks that have imparted flavours of dark toffee, dried fruits, and chocolate.

Colour
Deep golden amber with a burnished copper sheen and subtle mahogany overtones.
Nose
Honeyed sweetness opens to a rich core of raisins and baked caramel apples, with delicate notes of dark chocolate and crème brûlée.
Palate
Sweet and full-bodied, the palate unfolds with rich fruitcake and sticky toffee, balanced by bright vanilla and a delicate thread of lime honey.
Finish
Warm and lingering, finishing with a final spicy flourish.
