Palate

Immediately sweet, almost cane sugar on the tongue, with light red fruits that open and deepen into darker berries under Marsala-driven depth. A glossy, syrupy texture carries spice and savoury undertones, yielding a balanced, lingering warmth on the palate.

Finish

A fleeting kiss of char and cracked pepper; the finish fades quickly but leaves a gentle sweetness lingering at the back of the tongue—uniquely distinctive.
