Deep amber-gold with copper highlights and a warm mahogany edge, a sunlit, honeyed glow that hints at sherry maturation.
Nose
Cinnamon spice opens to stewed plum and delicate sherbet aromas, a warm, dessert-like bouquet with a refined, inviting perfume.
Palate
Toasted malt opens the palate, giving way to light fruitcake and a hint of cashew nut.
Finish
Traces of aniseed and dried ginger linger, a warm, peppery fade that coats the palate with gentle spice long after the last drop.
