Palate
On the palate, sweet toffee mingles with cinnamon and ginger spice, while raspberry compote comes to the fore, brightened by Demerara sugar. Roasted hazelnuts lend a nutty, toasted underpinning that lingers with a warm, indulgent sweetness.
Finish
Medium-length, sweet finish with lingering toasted almonds and spice, leaving a warm, nutty whisper that fades into soft oak.
