Allowed to mature for an impressive 31 years, this Single Malt from Glentauchers was matured in a single first fill sherry puncheon.

Rich fruitcake aromas combine with cinnamon spice and dark toffee. Stewed fruit and bitter dark chocolate flavours are balanced by cracked black pepper. A full finish with forest fruit, clove and orange.

Glentauchers
(Glen-TAW-kers) Glentauchers was founded near Mulben in 1897 by James Buchanan and W.P. Lowrie, with production beginning in 1898. Its early history was closely tied to blending from the outset, with James Buchanan & Co taking full ownership in 1906 before later becoming part of DCL in 1925. The distillery was expanded in 1966, closed during the whisky downturn in 1985, and returned to production in 1992.
