Tormore 12 Year Old is an elegantly matured single malt whisky, distinguished by its refined character and exceptional versatility. It is non-chill filtered to preserve its full character and complexity.

This whisky is matured predominantly in first-fill Bourbon casks, delivering notes of vanilla custard and soft oak sweetness. A selection of cream sherry casks, including Pedro Ximénez influence, adds subtle sweetness and a distinctive nutty character, while toasted and charred casks contribute warming spice and extended length on the palate.

Balanced, elegant and full of bright fruit, Tormore whisky has always been designed to reflect the warm and welcoming character of the Tormore Distillery. Built in 1959, it was intended as a home for passionate whisky makers that has become known as the “Pearl of Speyside.” For decades, its whisky has been a key component of Scotch blends. Today, under the stewardship of Elixir Distillers, Tormore is positioned firmly as a single malt, with a renewed focus on creating an elegant style of whisky through a considered cask programme and balanced blending approach.
