Malty and inviting on the nose, with gentle cereal sweetness and pear/apple fruit. Vanilla-coated oak frames the aroma, while a subtle sherry richness adds dried fig and raisin notes. Hints of almond and honey provide warmth, and a delicate spice—nutmeg and cinnamon—lifts the fragrance, culminating in a soft, creamy bouquet that hints at a smooth, approachable palate.
Palate
Smooth and malty on the palate, with creamy vanilla and toffee sweetness, subtle biscuit and cereal notes, lightly toasted oak, and a whisper of spice that lingers into a rounded, approachable finish.
Finish
Medium-long and elegant, the finish keeps malt at the fore, with a soft veil of dried fruit and a delicate sherry whisper lingering. Subtle oak and spice warm the palate, trailing honeyed sweetness and a cocoa-touched echo as it fades.
