Initially filled into standard hogsheads, the producers re-racked this intriguing spirit into two premium Sherry casks – one used to produce dry, fruity Oloroso and the other rich, sweet PX Sherry. After 3 years, the cask whiskies were married to create an exceptional single malt with alluring depth and complexity.

Colour
Deep mahogany amber with ruby highlights and a burnished copper glow.
Nose
Boozy raisins ignite the aroma, mingling with spicy allspice and a foundation of rich malt. A warm, inviting bouquet that hints at sherry-cask maturity and its generous fruit-forward depth.
Palate
Orange chocolate, vanilla and apple mingle on the palate with creamy fruit-forward sweetness and a bright citrus lift. Sherry-cask influence adds gentle spice and a soft oak finish.
Finish
Delicate, lingering finish of light caramel with a kiss of sweet spice and soft oak; a refined, warming fade that echoes the sherry-cask maturation.
