Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden amber with coppery highlights and a sunlit, honeyed glow.
Nose
Bold, ashy peat smoke rises from the glass, like a beach bonfire at dusk. Salt-kissed air and maritime minerals mingle with the smoke, a subtle iodine tang weaving through the scent, evoking sea spray, warm driftwood, and sun-warmed clinker.
Palate
Fulsome with cured bacon, dried seaweed and damp oak.
Finish
Long, lingering finish of Islay peat smoke, maritime salt and a whisper of chimney soot, echoing coastal bonfires and the sea.
