Colour
Natural pale straw-gold with a sunlit, honey-tinged glow.
Nose
Peat smoke and sea spray rise with a marine-briny edge, accented by iodine and sunlit citrus zest. Sherry-influenced sweetness threads through—raisin, fig and a touch of dark chocolate—while vanilla and toasted oak lend warmth, creating a refined, coastal aroma that lingers with smoky elegance.
Palate
Peat smoke and maritime brine fuse with sherry-soft sweetness. Rich dried fruit—fig, raisin, date—rides a velvety, full-bodied palate, with cocoa, leather and a hint of orange zest. Iodine and pepper add a mineral bite, while the finish lingers with smoke, spice and resinous warmth.
Finish
Long, maritime peat lingers with sea-salt and iodine, the smoke gently softening into vanilla, dried citrus and a hint of toffee. A warm, resinous sweetness persists as the finish slowly fades, leaving a refined coastal echo on the palate.
