Light vanilla and coconut mingle with sea salt and brine, lifted by orange zest and redcurrants for a bright, coastal aroma.
Palate
A heavy, pepper-driven palate with coconut and lemon, unfolding into a lush treacle-coated sponge and ripe blackberries.
Finish
Medium-length finish with BBQ smoke dominating, leaving a lingering embrace of char and pepper, fading to a soft coastal warmth.
