Intense peat smoke and crackling bonfire rise from the glass, carried by a sea-salt edge. Ruby port cask influence sweetens with blackberry and black plum, weaving vanilla-caramel nuances through the smoke. A touch of char and warm spice adds depth, finishing with coastal freshness and smoky refinement.
Palate
On the palate, dense peat and bonfire smoke underpin ruby port sweetness. Blackberry and plum fruits mingle with vanilla-tinted toffee from American oak. Port-spice threads through the smoke, a maritime lift, finishing long, warming, and subtly drying with ember and fruit echoes.
