Subtle barbecue glaze notes drift through, with warming cinnamon and clove emerging, hinting at cocoa-chocolate depth beneath the smoke.

Velvety yet bold, the palate unfolds with peat-smoked bacon fat, swathed in treacle and fruit cake.
