Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold glow and a hint of mahogany.
Nose
Vegetal freshness of cut grass and oak, softly followed by a delicate whisper of peat smoke.
Palate
On the palate, peat smoke thickens into a pastry-like sweetness—apple turnover with crisp apple and warm, sugared pastry notes. The cask-strength intensity coats the tongue, balanced by oak, with a lingering coastal smoke.
Finish
Surprisingly coastal, the sea breeze threads through sweetness and smoke, finishing with a bright, lingering spice that tames yet lingers on the palate.
