Tasting Notes

Sugary opening with burnt citrus zest, warming into dunnage and cereal-grist hues.
Palate
Simultaneously sweet and salted, then heavy with spices and juicy barley tones.
Finish
The spices are still to the fore, mildly warming, cough-drop style, but still sweet.
