Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with coppery sheen and a mahogany edge, a warm, sherry-bronze glow that evokes rich wood paneling and aged spirits.
Nose
A rich, heavy nose that envelops the glass with luscious, sweet sherry aromas—ripe dried fruit, dark cocoa, and a whisper of spice, all wrapped in a luxurious warmth.
Palate
Silky, sweet and richly textured, the palate marries rum baba sweetness with cognac-like elegance. Lush sherry notes weave through velvety fruit, cocoa and spice, finishing long with a refined dryness and lingering oak.
Finish
Medium-length finish with a warm sherry echo that lingers, slightly dry on the palate. Hints of dried fruit, cocoa and gentle spice fade into a soft, comforting afterglow.
