Nose
Ripe orchard fruit and citrus peel ride a bed of rich sherry: dates, fig, and raisin layered with toffee, vanilla, and toasted almond. Spices—nutmeg, clove—and a hint of orange zest drift through polished oak, giving a warm, wine-drenched aroma that promises depth and sweetness.
Palate
Silky, medium-full on the palate, with rich dark fruits—plum, fig, raisin—layered with chocolate and a touch of coffee. Spices unfold gently: cinnamon, clove, orange zest. The oak is refined, giving a polished sweetness that lingers into a long, warm, sherried finish.
