A new depth of character has been achieved by finishing our maritime spirit in Plantation Rum Casks predominantly from the Caribbean, including from the island countries of Jamaica, Trinidad, and Barbados.

Colour
Deep amber with sunlit copper-gold highlights and a warm, mahogany-tinged edge.
Nose
Salted caramel and sea-spray open the nose, giving way to charred pineapple, vanilla fudge and stone fruits.
Palate
Thick and mouth-coating, with caramel and BBQ’d banana, balanced by toasted oak and peated malt.
Finish
Lingers long with candied ginger, brown sugar and just a touch of smoke.
