Subtle and refined, the palate unfolds soft, sweet peat veiled in smoke, honey and liquorice, with wisps of damp ash and a late peppery lift.

Finish

Maritime and inviting, the finish repeats the wave-kissed peat smoke with honey sweetness, a hint of damp ash and liquorice, closing with a gentle peppery lift. All the preceding flavors recur in a long, moreish fade that echoes island seas.
