Colour
Natural golden-amber with a warm, sunlit honey glow and a subtle coppery shimmer.
Nose
On the nose, fresh, salty and clean, it opens with coastal brightness and gradually reveals a sweet malt dried over peat, inviting a whisper of smoky warmth and maritime charm.
Palate
Ashes and sweet tar ride a coastal breeze, salty beaches mingle with smoking chimneys, delivering rugged peat sweetness that lingers in smoke.
Finish
Long, lingering and mirroring the palate, this finish delivers salty, tangy liquorice, smoke, bonfire ashes and a pronounced phenolic edge.
