Full-bodied on the palate, Big Peat delivers sweet maritime peat with briny sea-salt and kelp sweetness. Coal dust, chimney soot and damp bonfire ash cohere into a coastal, smoky core, finishing long with smoky BBQ warmth and a salt-kissed afterglow.
