Tasting Notes
Colour
Sunlit amber-gold with coppery highlights and a deep mahogany edge, a warm, toasted-brown glow.
Nose
Sweet malt and sea air open the nose, followed by salted caramel and vanilla. A lingering Islay peatiness threads through, evoking coastal spray and smoky warmth.
Palate
Rich layers of molasses and crème brûlée, lifted by burnt orange peel, coal dust and a bold phenolic character.
Finish
Long, smoky and persistent, with lingering citrus, sea salt and warm, earthy embers that softly fade into coastal warmth.
