Golden amber with a warm, honeyed sheen and a subtle copper glow.
Nose
A perfectly fruity bouquet of ripe pear and green apples, with hints of crushed brown sugar and marshmallow.
Palate
Lashings of runny honey over toasted brioche, moving to soft fruits and red apple; a warm, comforting sweetness coats the palate, carried by smooth malt.
Finish
Medium-long, it finishes with sweet malted barley and raspberry jam, capped by buttery scone and a gentle ginger spark, leaving a honeyed, softly spiced echo on the palate.
