A Tale of The Forest is inspired by ancient Highland Whisky makers, and their process of drying barley with all kinds of forest fuel. Captivated by the notion of a Whisky steeped in the scents, sights and sounds of the forest, Glenmorangie's Director of Whisky Creation, Dr. Bill Lumsden, set about infusing natural botanicals with barley during the kilning process. The result is a botanical Single Malt that holds a forest-like magic.

Radiant amber-gold with a warm copper glow and honeyed depth.
Nose
Forest-depth on the nose, opening with pine, juniper and coriander, mingled with roasted chestnut and a teasing whisper of smoke.
Palate
Peppermint and eucalyptus whirl with bitter orange, all afloat on vanilla, with intriguing hints of black liquorice.
Finish
Slow, luscious, and citrus-kissed, the finish unfurls with bright lemon and orange notes that softly fade into a gentle whisper of oak, leaving a warm, lingering film.
