Once their work is complete, the streets come alive with spirited celebrations.
Aged for 16 years, The Vindima expertly combines whisky matured in bourbon casks with whisky finished in Malmsey casks – the sweetest variety of Madeira. The deep purple hues of its packaging draw inspiration from the rich tones of the ripened grapes.

Nose
Opulent and inviting, the nose offers dark fruit sweetness—plum, fig and raisin—woven with Malmsey-driven richness. Vanilla-caramel notes mingle with warm oak, while spice sings softly—cinnamon, clove, nutmeg—creating a velvet, wine-kissed bouquet.
Palate
Silky and opulent, it opens with plush dried fruits—plum, fig, raisin—bridged by vanilla and toffee. Spices rise in cinnamon and clove, carried by bourbon sweetness and a soft oak backbone. The Malmsey finish deepens with honeyed raisin, fig and dark chocolate, yielding a long, velvety afterglow of fruit and spice.
Finish
An extended, luxurious finish in which Malmsey sweetness lingers, layered with gentle spice and dried-fruit richness. Notes of fig and raisin mingle with vanilla and a velvet oak echo, slowly fading into a warm, silky afterglow.
