Spios is Scots Gaelic for "Spice" and pronounced "spee-oss" and reflects the spicy elements normally associated with Rye whisky from North America.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Bright amber-gold with coppery undertones and a warm sunlit bronze glow.
Nose
Fresh and herbal, the aroma hints at cherry, clove and mint toffee, with notes of green grass. A splash of water releases perfumed, crisp, clean scents and an inviting complexity of herbal tones.
Palate
Rye's characteristic spice bursts forth, with toffee, clove and cinnamon mingling with nutmeg and sweet, buttery vanilla.
Finish
A long, luxurious finish that lingers with sweet toffee and brazil nut, accented by a citrus tang.
