Glenmorangie has created a new limited-edition whisky which captures the joy of the perfect slice of cake in a glass. And for the icing on the you-know-what, Glenmorangie has teamed up with pastry maestro Dominique Ansel to create a whole series of cocktail and cake pairings, starring four delicious single malts – and an extra slice of fun.
This limited-edition whisky has been finished in the finest Tokaji dessert wine casks. The liquid is a rich copper, but the taste is pure technicolour, luscious, sweet and complex with multi-layered bursts of honey, white chocolate and fruits with a lilting hint of mint.
As you might expect, it tastes incredible when enjoyed with actual cake.which impart a joyous, surprising and deliciously sweet character to Glenmorangie whisky.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Rich copper, glowing with warm amber tones and a sunlit, gilded sheen.
Nose
Complex, rich and multi-layered, it unfurls with bursts of passion fruit, peach, pear and mango. Savoury notes of baking bread, gentle sappy oak and a flinty minerality emerge, before classic Glenmorangie hints of honeycomb, vanilla and almond with a touch of milk chocolate. A splash of water releases brighter tones—apricot, elderflower, flowering currants, honey pollen and peach syrup.
Palate
Luxuriously luscious yet tart on the palate, a cake-like burst of honey, white chocolate, apricot, almond, vanilla and pear leads, tempered by a tangy orange and a hint of menthol.
Finish
An indulgent, lingering finish of honeycomb sweetness with chocolate-almond and pecan notes, slowly fading into a warm, nutty afterglow.
