Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with coppery highlights and a rich mahogany glow.
Nose
Freshly baked apricot Danish pastries, marzipan, orange fondant, tropical mango and passion fruit, with a dusting of sweet spices—cinnamon and clove—and toasted vanillin oak.
Palate
Sweet stock syrup coats the palate, with baklava and Middle Eastern sweets, blossom honey, toasted pistachios, marzipan and aromatic spices. Orange curd and apricot glaze brighten a freshly baked sponge, finishing with Turkish delight.
Finish
Lingering Middle Eastern sweets and spices pair with floral honey, apricot-glazed baked goods, marzipan and toasted nuts, finishing with sugared almonds and Turkish delight.
