Tasting Notes
Nose
All fresh and inviting candy store pick and mix counter with vanilla, coconut, lemon bon bons, hints of thyme, runny honey, pancakes on the griddle, freshly baked shortbread and sugared almonds.
Palate
Pear tart, vanilla wafers, nice biscuits, apple crumble, custard powder, some herbal and oily notes at the core with a very fresh and grassy mouthfeel, more canndy shop fizzy spice and green fig.
Finish
Coconut fudge, vanilla waffles, pear drops, lemon thyme, sherbet dip, very fresh and zingy, almost prosecco like fizz along with sponge cake and freshly baked biscuits.
