The second release of Delilah’s is a Limited Release Compass Box homage to Delilah’s, Mike Miller’s legendary punk rock whisky bar in Chicago, to celebrate the bar’s 25th anniversary in 2018.`
The whisky was developed jointly by John Glaser and Mike Miller as an expression of their shared vision that great whisky should be enjoyable by all.
Delilah’s is an intense yet subtly complex Scotch whisky aged in a mix of American oak barrels and Sherry Casks

Colour
Deep amber with coppery highlights and a warm mahogany glow.
Nose
Opulent vanilla and toffee bloom, spiced with cinnamon and clove, as rich sherry casts a dried-fruit glow—raisins, dates and a touch of cocoa. Subtle oak and almond lend structure, while a creamy sweetness threads through, delivering a warm, elegant bouquet that hints at its sherry-cask lineage.
Palate
Silky vanilla and toffee lead the palate, tempered by warming spice. Sherry-cask influence delivers rich dried-fruit depth—raisin, fig—with toasted oak. The result is generous yet refined, with a long, balanced finish that lingers on spice and subtle sweetness.
Finish
Long, luxurious finish of rich Sherry, with vanilla sweetness and warming spice. Dried fruit and toasted oak linger, fading to a silky, velvety echo that invites another thoughtful sip.
