This unusual whisky is a vatting of rare 22 year old single malt from the silent Imperial distillery matured in 1st fill Bourbon casks, with a 4 year old whisky matured in first fill Oloroso Sherry butts. The much younger malt whisky from the Oloroso-seasoned cask proved the ideal means to deepen the fruity and creamy profile of this rare parcel.
