A collaborative bottling between Compass Box and Juveniles Bistrot & Vins of Paris. A combination of single malts reported between 12 and 15 years, from Strathmill, Glendullan, Balmenach and Clynelish matured in a combination of refill and Charred Hogsheads and first fill and refill sherry casks.
Notes of barley sugar, pear drop and vanilla, complemented by an ethereal underlying herbal character. It’s a whisky to be enjoyed with great food and even better company.

Colour
Warm, sunlit amber with honey-gold depth and subtle copper reflections.
Nose
Barley sugar and pear drop rise on the nose, bright and clean, with a creamy vanilla echo. An ethereal herbal thread lilts through the bouquet, lending fresh orchard nuance and a subtle touch of spice—perfectly food-friendly and convivial.
Palate
Silky and medium-bodied, the palate unfolds with barley sugar and pear drop sweetness, warmed by vanilla cream. Sherry-cask maturation adds depth with dried fruit and a touch of almond, while an ethereal herbal thread weaves through the mid-palate. Finishes refined, with subtle oak and a lingering, food-friendly sweetness.
Finish
An elegant, lingering finish where pear drop and vanilla persist, laid over a soft barley-sugar sweetness that fades into a delicate herbal echo. Sherry-driven warmth lingers, with gentle spice and a whisper of oak shaping the final afterglow.
