Colour

Deep amber with mahogany depth and coppery highlights.

Nose

Opulent sherry nose with dried fruits—raisin, fig and orange peel—caramelized with toffee and cocoa. Toasted almond and a hint of dark chocolate mingle with a whisper of peat smoke, while warming spice and a kiss of sea breeze complete the aroma.

Palate

Silky malt with a subtle peat kiss, carried by rich sherry sweetness. Dried fig, raisin and dark cherry unfold on the palate, joined by vanilla, toffee and cocoa. Orange zest and toasted spice weave through toasted oak, delivering a warm, mouth-filling texture. A peppery, coffee-kissed finish lingers with refined sweetness.

Finish

Long and sherry-kissed, with dried fruit and dark chocolate notes tempered by a whisper of peat smoke. Vanilla sweetness and toasted oak linger, while peppery spice and a touch of maritime brine crown the finish.
