Colour
Deep amber with a burnished mahogany tint and a coppery glow.
Nose
Subtle aromas of orange, oak and raisins rise from the glass, a delicate, sun-lit bouquet that hints at the Sherry cask's quiet richness.
Palate
Christmas cake notes mingle with redcurrant jam, bright citrus and toasted grains. A festive, zesty palate that carries a mellow warmth and a lingering citrus lift.
Finish
Medium-length finish, citrus-driven and tinged with tropical fruit, lingering softly with a bright, sun-kissed note that recalls the sherry cask influence.
