Colour
Deep amber with coppery highlights and a rich mahogany edge, glowing with a honey-gold core.
Nose
A festive, spiced bouquet of Christmas cake and orange marmalade, bright bergamot, and almond oil, with a subtle note of tar. Underneath, sponge pudding and blueberry cake lend warm sweetness and comforting depth.
Palate
Punchy, with black coffee, liquorice and anise, then warm buns perfumed with cinnamon and sultanas.
Finish
Long and warm, the finish carries sherry sweetness with a rum-warmed spice. Dark chocolate and espresso drift into toasted almond and orange zest, while polished oak and a whisper of smoke fade to a refined, lingering depth.
