Long days, long nights, intense sunsets and unbelievable auroras—the Sky of Orkney brings drama and beauty in equal measure. Likewise, this whisky is intensely aromatic, rich and carefully balanced to allow all its layers of flavour to shine, with a natural deep amber colour direct from the cask.
A breath of Orkney fresh air. Heathered Orkney peat on the nose with a floral zing of lemon zest. Black cherries, cocoa nibs, honey and peat smoke follow on the palate offset by just a hint of pistachio. This one will linger with a spicy, peaty finish.
