A Highland Park single malt from The Octave series, this 22 year old was distilled in 2003 and matured in an Oloroso sherry octave cask before bottling at 53.1% ABV.

Octave casks, much smaller than traditional sherry casks, intensify wood interaction and concentrate flavour. The Oloroso maturation brings rich dried fruit sweetness, nutty spice and oak depth, complementing Highland Park’s distinctive Orkney character where gentle peat smoke and heather honey notes are balanced with layered sherry richness.
