Nose
Elegant and beautifully layered, opening with fragrant heather honey, dried apricots, and orange peel. Gentle wisps of aromatic peat smoke mingle with vanilla, toasted oak, warm cinnamon, and hints of dark chocolate, while subtle floral notes and roasted nuts add further complexity.
Palate
Rich, silky, and exceptionally well-balanced. Sweet honeyed malt and ripe orchard fruits are complemented by dried figs, sultanas, and toffee, before gentle peat smoke and earthy spice emerge. Notes of clove, nutmeg, citrus zest, and toasted oak develop across the palate, supported by a delicate maritime freshness.
Finish
Long, warming, and refined, with lingering notes of soft peat smoke, oak spice, honey, dark cocoa, and dried fruit. A gentle touch of sea salt and heather lingers, leaving an elegant and satisfying conclusion.
