Colour
Bright golden amber with honeyed warmth and a touch of coppery tawny.
Nose
Peat smoke drifts over a warm core of honeyed orchard fruit, vanilla and toasted oak. Subtle maritime brine and heather lift the aroma, while sherry-cask depth brings dried raisin, fig and cocoa. A mineral edge hints at island shores, with spice and a faint pepper lingering in the tail.
Palate
Silky and concentrated, this Highland Park opens with honeyed orchard fruit and citrus zest, tempered by a peat whisper. Sherry maturation adds dark fig and raisin, with cocoa and toasted almond, while vanilla and spice deepen the sweetness. At 60.1% ABV, the palate coats the tongue with richness, delivering a long, resinous finish balanced by oak and a gentle smoke.
Finish
Long, warming and richly sherried, the finish carries orange zest, fig and dark honey, with a delicate peat kiss and coastal brine. It lingers in honeyed oak spice, slowly fading to a silky, resinous warmth.
