Bold peat smoke entwines with honeyed fruit and warm toffee, shaped by vanilla from first-fill American oak. Dried fig and orange zest add depth, while a whisper of maritime brine and violet-heather notes lift the aroma, delivering a coastal, refined bouquet that unfolds with time and air.
Palate
Powerful yet refined, this Highland Park delivers a honeyed, fruity sweetness supported by a bold cask strength glow. On the palate, orange zest, vanilla, toffee and dried apricot mingle with a subtle peat and coastal brine. Rich oak and spice build toward a long, warming finish that lingers with smoke, sweetness and a whisper of salt.

Long, warming finish of vanilla and toffee, bathed in gentle Highland Park smoke. Subtle orange zest and dried fruit rise against toasted oak and spice, then melt into a honeyed sweetness that lingers, punctuated by a final, soft oak/pepper glow.
