A Highland Park from the late 80’s. Great distillate filled into a great cask and left to combine for over 33 years. The result is a masterpiece. Very rarely do we get as excited as we are to release this whisky and we are immensely proud to bring this single-cask expression to market.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with coppery sheen and mahogany undertones.
Nose
Warm notes of brown sugar and toffee mingle with salted pretzel, bright fruity undertones and vanilla pods, hinting at a generous, layered aroma.
Palate
Initially peppery on the tongue, but the fruit then comes through. Tropical fruits, heather honey, and a gentle wave of light peat smoke. Rich and oily mouthfeel.
Finish
Medium-long finish with cinnamon and nutmeg spice, slowly fading to a bright citrus note that lingers with a satisfying conclusion.
