Palate
Silky, sherried sweetness coats the palate with dried fig, orange zest and almond, while gentle peat smoke threads through caramel and toffee. Maritime salt and polished oak lend structure, yielding a long, creamy finish of honeyed fruit, spice and cocoa.
Finish
Long and refined, the finish carries subtle peat and sea-salt nuance, lifting honeyed orchard fruit and citrus zest. Vanilla-tinged oak and gentle spice persist, with a whisper of smoke lingering to end in a warm, maritime sweetness.
