Fat, juicy damson and plum fruit leads into aromatic smoke with cinnamon-bark on a bonfire. White pepper spark, red liquorice and new leather weave through crunchy tannins. Redcurrant jelly clings to smoked duck salami, while dry rosé wine and tawny port nuances linger in the finish.

Finish

Crunchy red berries mingle with white pepper as sweet-smoked meat lingers, red liquorice and smoked turkish delight bars, with ripe plums and cinnamon compote giving way to spiced strawberry jam.
