Every November, The Dalmore Whisky makers visit the distillery's historic sandstone warehouses to explore the ageing casks. In the chill shadows, the casks are meticulously assessed and only a handful with distinguishing attributes are hand hand selected from any one year.
The mature spirit from these casks is then masterfully married to create one harmonious expression - a rare Whisky revealing the soul of a single year at The Dalmore.
Carefully crafted, finely balanced and bringing together the very finest casks from one year, each limited release single malt will then take its rightful place in The Vintage Collection.

Colour
Rich amber-gold with copper-bronze undertones and a warm, honeyed glow.
Nose
Silky milk chocolate and caramel rise on the nose, lifted by bright mandarin zest, with a crack of black pepper lending a poised, peppery spine. An elegant, inviting aroma that hints at the depth and balance of this 15-year Dalmore.
Palate
Manuka honey leads with mellow sweetness, joined by sweet cacao, poached apples and golden sultanas. The palate develops into a fruit-forward richness, balanced by gentle warmth and a long, polished finish.
Finish
Silky vanilla cream and chocolate brioche linger, brightened by navelina orange zest, with a gentle cinnamon warmth tapering into a soft, creamy sweetness.
