For over 150 years, The Dalmore has set the standard in multi cask maturation. Carefully composed spirit and hand selected casks, from the worlds finest bodegas and wineries, are expertly curated to create a sumptuous and layered whisky of legendary finesse.
An exceptional whisky matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks and first-fill sherry casks which have previously held 30 year old Matusalem Oloroso Sherry. These Sherry Casks are hand selected exclusively for The Dalmore from the world-renowned Gonzalez Byass bodega to create an extraordinary whisky full of character.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep, glowing amber with coppery highlights and a mahogany core. A warm, honeyed sheen suggests sherry influence and time-softened oak, inviting a rich, sunset-bronze allure in the glass.
Nose
Dark bitter chocolate blends with overripe Seville oranges, roasted Colombian coffee and a touch of toffee apple, weaving a rich, layered aroma.
Palate
Black forest fruits, roasted walnuts and thick marzipan.
Finish
Long and refined, the finish unfurls with ginseng and pear tarte tatin, brightened by Sanguinello blood oranges. A persistent, silky sweetness lingers, tempered by subtle spice and a whisper of polished oak.
