Dalmore 25 Year old Highland Single Malt is a luxurious Whisky aged in American white oak, followed by a second maturation in Palomino Fino Sherry butts and first fill bourbon casks. Taking the maturation further, they are then married together in bourbon barrels and finally in Tawny Port pipes.
On the nose there are aromas of figs and spongecake, this is followed by vanilla and marzipan alongside tropical fruits and slight balsamic notes. The fruity notes continue on the palate, only this time with rich flavours damsons, dates and raisins. this is complimented by Citrus peel with chocolate and liquorice. The finish is sweet and spicy; brown sugar, dark chocolate, fresh gingerbread cookies and treacle.

Deep amber with coppery highlights and a tawny, mahogany-tinged glow.
Nose
A lush nose of figs and spongecake, layered with vanilla and marzipan, brightened by tropical fruits, with a subtle balsamic lift.
Palate
On the palate, rich damsons, dates and raisins unfold alongside bright citrus peel. Chocolate and liquorice weave through the fruit, lending depth and a silky sweetness, with a warming, lingering finish that hints at the Sherry and Port maturations.
Finish
A long, sweet and spicy finish with brown sugar, dark chocolate, and the comforting warmth of fresh gingerbread cookies and treacle.
