The Dalmore Quartet is a travel retail Highland single malt built around four-part cask maturation. After initial ageing in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, portions of the whisky are transferred into 30-year-old Matusalem sherry casks, 30-year-old Apostoles sherry casks and Cabernet Sauvignon red wine barriques, before being brought back together to harmonise.

Colour
Deep burnished amber with copper-gold highlights and a reddish mahogany edge, a warm sherry-bronze glow.
Nose
Aromas of praline sweetness mingle with boozy fruit, orange peel and soft oak spice, weaving a warm, inviting perfume that hints at the quartet’s layered maturation.
Palate
Rich and rounded on the palate, unveiling dark fruit, velvety chocolate and sweet spice, all under a sherried depth that lends warmth and a lingering richness.
Finish
Long and warming, the finish unfolds with oak-driven depth, dried fruit sweetness and a gentle, spiced echo that lingers softly on the palate.
