The Dalmore Dominium is a spectacularly flavourful whisky matured in American ex-Bourbon casks and finished in Matusalem Sherry casks. These first fill Sherry casks held the finest Oloroso for a minimum of 30 years before imparting rich and complex flavours to the maturing whisky. The result is a luxurious and decadent single malt, with Dalmore’s signature dark fruit flavours and sweet spice.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep, opulent amber-gold with rich copper and mahogany undertones.
Nose
Sweet fruits mingle with sandalwood, lemon tart, honey, caramel coffee and a hint of liquorice spice.
Palate
Sherry-soaked raisins, black toffee and banana cake mingle on the palate, delivering a luscious, dessert-like sweetness with a velvety, indulgent texture.
Finish
Treacle tart, pineapple, Oxford marmalade, ginger spice and dates.
