A limited-edition Dalmore, created by Richard Paterson to celebrate his 50th year of working in the Whisky industry. It combines Whisky matured in Bourbon casks and finished in five different types of Californian Red-wine cask: Zinfandel, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Pinot Noir.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep burnished amber with copper-gold highlights and a hint of ruby mahogany.
Nose
Opulent red-fruit perfume: ripe blackberry, cassis and cherry jam mingle with raspberry and plum, scented by vanilla and orange zest. Subtle notes of cacao, caramel and toasted oak drift through, with spice from the wood—clove, cinnamon and a whisper of tobacco.
Palate
Silky, opulent on the palate, with ripe red-fruit sweetness from the five Californian wine casks: cherry, plum and blackberry, arched by creamy vanilla and bourbon oak. Notes of cocoa, hints of spice, and a poised tannic lift carry through, leaving a long, wine-kissed finish that balances richness and elegance.
Finish
An opulent, enduring finish that slowly unfurls. Red-fruited richness—blackberry, plum and cherry—melts into dark chocolate, while subtle spice and velvet tannins linger, carried by the signature warmth from the five Californian red-wine cask finishes.
