Lush and honeyed, with orchard fruit and orange marmalade, ripened apricot and raisin from the Beaumes de Venise finish. Creamy vanilla and toffee mingle with soft spice, while warm oak adds a toasted, nutty backdrop.
Palate
Silky and full-bodied, honeyed orchard fruits—peach and pear—layer with vanilla and soft malt. The Beaumes de Venise finish adds syrupy sweetness: raisin, fig and orange marmalade, with a touch of spice. A warm oak backbone lingers, leaving a dessert-like, long finish on the palate.
Finish
An elegant, long finish where Aberfeldy’s honeyed creaminess is carried by Beaumes de Venise sweetness. Notes of apricot and peach, raisin and fig drift into vanilla and toffee, with a gentle almond echo. A lively peppery spice and oak linger, warming the palate to a refined, lingering sweetness.
